Shipping & delivery

We aim to make sure your Mude order reaches you as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

Made-to-order items (initial launch)

Our initial release is produced in a limited made-to-order run.

This means each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 6–8 weeks from order to delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and location. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. If you do not live in one of these locations, but would love to try out Mude, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any updates to our shipping regions will be shared on our website.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays can occur.

If your order hasn’t arrived two weeks after dispatch, please contact us at hello@mudeclothing.com and we’ll be happy to look into it. *This does not apply to our made-to-order batch, which will be delivered 6-8 weeks after your order is placed

Incorrect delivery details

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or missing parcels

If your order is confirmed as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with an investigation.
