Fabriqué sur commande – veuillez tenir compte du délai de livraison
Notre lancement initial est fabriqué sur commande. Les commandes prendront environ 6 à 8 semaines pour être produites et livrées à compter de la date d’achat.

Une fois expédiée, la livraison standard prend généralement 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Si votre commande n’est pas arrivée deux semaines après l’expédition, veuillez nous contacter et nous examinerons le problème.

Absolutely — reply to any of our emails or contact us at hello@mudeclothing.com with your measurements and device type. We'll recommend the right style and size for you.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and all European countries.

United Kingdom:
We offer standard and tracked options with estimated delivery of 1–2 business days after dispatch. Next day delivery options are also available at checkout.

Republic of Ireland and Europe:
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch via standard or tracked services.

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Free size exchanges on every order within 30 days. For all other returns, you have 30 days from delivery — items must be unworn and in original condition.

Yes — free size exchanges on every order. If your Mude doesn't fit the way you expected, email us at hello@mudeclothing.com within 30 days with your order number and the size you need. We'll sort the exchange at no cost to you.

Not sure on sizing before you order? Email us first and we'll help you get it right.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm your refund within a few working days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

All Mude garments go through quality control before they're dispatched. If something isn't right with your order — a manufacturing fault, a defect, anything that looks wrong — email us at hello@mudeclothing.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it.
