Unsere erste Kollektion wird auf Bestellung gefertigt. Die Produktion und Lieferung der Bestellungen dauert ab dem Kaufdatum ca. 6–8 Wochen.
Nach dem Versand dauert die Standardlieferung in der Regel 3-5 Werktage. Sollte Ihre Bestellung zwei Wochen nach dem Versand noch nicht angekommen sein, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte und wir werden uns darum kümmern.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and all European countries.
United Kingdom:
We offer standard and tracked options with estimated delivery of 1–2 business days after dispatch. Next day delivery options are also available at checkout.
Republic of Ireland and Europe:
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch via standard or tracked services.
All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds
Free size exchanges on every order within 30 days. For all other returns, you have 30 days from delivery — items must be unworn and in original condition.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm your refund within a few working days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
All Mude garments go through quality control before they're dispatched. If something isn't right with your order — a manufacturing fault, a defect, anything that looks wrong — email us at hello@mudeclothing.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it.
